Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges may be made within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging to qualify for an exchange.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

• Squishy toys
• Candy
• Soda
• Custom or personalized items

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for the customer and therefore cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless the item is defective or an error was made by us.

Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to pickup or shipment; however, cancelled pre-orders will be issued as store credit only. No refunds will be provided for cancelled pre-orders.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
