Can I rush my camp order?
Currently we are working on adding more RUSH ORDER options on products. This is available on some items for an additional fee. You will see the option as part of your customization selections.
Can we order our custom products in-store?
Absolutely, all our custom items can be ordered and paid for in-store as well as online.
When should I order my camp items?
We highly recommend ordering your camp items early. This will guarantee you will get the items in time. Currently our lead time for products is:
CUSTOM STATIONERY 1-2 Weeks
TOOL BOXES 2-3 Weeks
CLIPBOARDS 2-3 Weeks
PILLOWS & SWEAT FLEECE 2-3 Weeks
SNACKLE BOXES will be prepped week of June 20th
SP x LP Products 3-4 Weeks

Yes we offer shipping throughout North America.

Can I place my order for pick-up
Absolutely, pick-up at our Eglinton location is free and will be an option upon checkout
How can I change or cancel my order?
Orders for camp are final sale. We are unable to accept modifications or exchanges at this time.
How will I know when my order is ready?
We will notify you when your order is ready, both by phone and email.
Nobody as notified me about my order how should I get in touch?
We recommend emailing us, please include your order number for reference. Emails without order numbers will not be responded to.
There is something wrong with my order?
Look, mistakes happen, and our Camp season is full of customized items and room for mistakes. If there is an error with your order, please call 416-789-1120 ext 3
What are your hours for in-store camp shopping?

TOOLBOX FAQ
Can I bring you my tool box and clipboard to decorate?
No, we do not adhere our vinyls or stickers to your existing tool box. You are welcome to order your own VINYL NAME as well as decorate using our Single or Sticker Sheets
Can you make my item in-store while I wait?
No we currently do not offer this. All custom items are made when ordered and we adhere to our lead times above.
How long will my toolbox take to make?
Currently as of May 2026 our lead time is 2-3 weeks on all tool boxes.
